Saw several on the trail today - no water between hut/ponds over summits down to water crossings on Carter Dome other than one small trickle in the lower switchbacks on Carter DOme so plan on bringing some water |
|
| Bugs: |
Mosquitoes and other smaller insects harrased me on way up 19 MB to Hut - flies on top of Carter Dome and harassing some hikers in Zeta Pass but otherwise none up high but may have been to afternoon temps; mosquitoes reappeared when coming down on Carter Dome beginning at water crossings and followed me all the way to the trailhead. |
