| Comments: |
The monorail has begun to elevate as the surrounding snow continues to wither away. Today was a breeze since it was as hard as cement. There were randomly scattered postholes off to the sides but they can all be avoided and the trail is firm enough to support it. Used spikes all day and didn't posthole once. There is even a patch of dirt way up on the ridge. Chose to descend north peak this time and it was a little slippery but nothing outrageous |
