Only one car at both lots when I arrived a 8:45 am. Four in lots when I left at 4 pm. |

Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Stable), Snow/Ice - Postholes |

Numerous water crossings, only one was slightly difficult having to walk over a narrow tree |

Two shepherds that were pretty well behaved. |

| Comments: |
Trail was pretty frozen until end of day and just at the lower elevations. Ridge was in good shape. Didn't use spikes until the way down the Kilkenny Ridge Trail. Took them off going down Bunnell Notch Trail as conditions were changing from solid monorail, to bare trail, to mush, to rock hopping. No posthole concerns. |
