Plenty of parking at Proctor Academy - lots of those little buses but few other cars in the Field House Lot. I didn't see anybody on any of these trails this afternoon. |

Between the Bulkhead and Balanced Rock, trail was very difficult to find - I lost several times - lots of deadfall, blowdowns, and few blazes. |

Terrific afternoon. Wore the winter boots but did not need them. Carried traction but almost no snow or ice. Maybe one section 100' long with 3-4" of spring snow. Definitely need goretex shoes for the mud though!!! |
