MicroSpikes to Gem Pool, crampons above. One woman went up steep, polished Ammo Ravine in her MicroSpikes. Quite a bit of snow on the ridge has gone, rarely we walked on rocks from Lakes Hut to summit. Snowshoes helped protect the surface on our way down the Cog. Thanks to all those before us who packed the snowshoe path. |
