Comments
Comments: Great day for it with the rain ending and the skies opening up eventually. Lots of terrain to keep up with. Started with micros on the very small monorail that mixed with mud and then became deeper soft snow after the river crossing. Switched to Snowshoes about halfway up and then used all the way down. Lots of melt off just from today which made for a wet return and soft snow. I don't know about you but I'm tired of talking about Post holes. Just be prepared is all I can say. Made good time overall because conditions were great. Should start to get muddy if weather stays warm. Only one other group(two young guys) on the trail. Views got better later in the day.
