Comments
Comments: Wore microspikes the whole time - firm snow up Champney Falls Trail to Piper Trail to summit of Chocorua in early morning, softening trail, post holes from earlier hikers along Middle Sister Trail and Champney Falls Extension, likely the last day to get away without snowshoes in that area this spring, Champney Falls Trail held firm (just barely) till I got out at 2 PM.
