| Comments: |
Hard to beat the day for the loop. On of the better early spring hikes. Kind of surprised me the number of folks doing the out and back via Gorge Brook with the loop available It snow all the way except for the summit. There is 3 feet of snow plus to the side of the trail. Stepped off the packed route can be a deep posthole. In the afternoon the snapper was getting soft. We had snowshoes but just went slow, someone running could pop an ankle. |
