Comments
Comments: Ammonoosuc was easy to follow and we used snowshoes to televate up the trail all the way til we nearly topped out on Monroe. We swapped to hillsounds for the trip down and over to Washington. The Crawford path was packed snow, broken out and easy to follow up to the summit. It was simple enough getting down over to Clay and back over to Jewell given the firm snow/ice and great visibility. In terms of traction seen in the crowd today we mainly saw a mix of light traction, traction, snowshoes, and skis/snowboards/splitboards. Lots of happy people!
