Comments
Comments: The first mile or so is bare ground with large patches of ice. The rest is packed snow. There is still alot of snow up there, especially off trail. The snow got soft and wet later in the afternoon, but I didnt posthole and didnt feel the need to put on my snowshoes. Microspikes were enough traction for the entire day. There were a few postholes, but they were easily avoidable.
