 | Comments: |
I carried snowshoes; some of the snow near the top was less consolidated but there were only a few inches of loose, granular snow and it was easy to manage with boots/microspikes. There's some old post-holes in the trail but not many. As the weather warmed up I had some problems with snow clumping on my microspikes but cleared it up by smearing them with Musher's Secret--I would recommend some sort of non-stick treatment, as I suspect the snow will only be getting softer. |
