I found a bright red Nalgene water bottle near a the juncture of Fishin' Jimmy, Kinsman Ridge, and Kingman Pond right after a bunch of people went up, so I hung on a tree branch overhanging the trail hoping one of the people going up would see it when they came back down. |

Great hike, gorgeous day! Kept having balling issues as the snow melted into icy slush and almost decided to bare boot it, but the micro spikes were nice on the steep/sheer parts. My snowshoes caught a free ride on my pack the whole way. The parking lot was fixing to be a puddle and I almost got stuck driving out of it, but other than that, amazing day and incredible views (whoever said S. Kinsman doesn't have summit views was lying like a mouse in a trap). |
