| Comments: |
Liberty to Flume hasn't been hiked in a few days, same with Flume Slide from my observations. Approach to Flume had snow drifts, ranging from 6-12". 2-3" of fresh snow at higher elevations, ~1" at lower elevations, snow on Liberty Springs was packed down once I reached the LS/FS junction on the descent. I tried using microspikes and snow shoes on the initial descent from Flume, but was post holing like crazy, so just butt slid down the steep parts. |
