Very busy with skiers at 9:30 am, but found parking not far from the trailhead. |

Snowed start to finish today. 1-2 inches of fresh powder on the trail at 9:30 am. Wore snowshoes the whole way up. Some postholes here and there to watch out for. Some difting on the last leg before the summit due to the gusty winds today. No views today.
Switched to microspikes and sled my way down. Back to the car in 40 minutes!
Still many hikers not covering their faces when passing others or making any attempt to give proper space. Very frustrating. |
