Comments
Comments: Beautiful winter hike! Cloudy morning cleared before we summited and gave way to spectacular views of Franconia Ridge all day. Mountain Forecast weather report was very accurate. The trail was in great shape considering the warm weather all week. We wore snowshoes all the way up. On our way down we did trade out the snowshoes for microspikes as the trail was well packed. We saw many in just spikes and a few others with snowshoes. Snowshoes recommended to help keep the trail in good shape. Loved it!
