Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Bella did awesome! Lots of pups abound today. Abel the GSP, Timber and Willow to name a few. Some water down low but hard to get to. Warmer temps and sun Bella drank alot. Good trail for dogs. My only concern would be the crusty ice fields might be rough on a dogs paws if it isn't used to rough terrain.

Comments
Comments: INCREDIBLE day up high today! Snowshoes to both summits but spikes would work as well. Slushy snow on the way back, down low. SOOOOO many happy hikers today! 6 of the 8 people at the summit of Washington when I was there were from CT. Wooo Hooo!!! :) Met a fellow about to summit Washington for his 96th time! Another whos doctor told him he would never hike again. He told me this atop Big George. So incredibly inspiring. Skiers and boarders and sledders also all out having a blast! Most everyone I talked to were playing work hooky for this hike! Hahaha Grateful for such an experience. Today was a gift!
