Comments
Comments: Started up with overcast conditions only to be blown away by clearing skies as we broke tree line. Ran into so many friends on this bluebird day with very little wind. I used my Tubbs Flex VRT until about 1/3 across Gulfside. We all switched to full crampons after that and I kept them on until back in tree line . Jewell was pretty chewed up on the way out from all the microspikes and bare boots . Amazing day, congrats to Neal on finishing his SSW48. Such a great time celebrating on Jefferson with him and so many others who got stuff done for their winter lists. Everyone there deserves a big high five for getting to this one in winter. Way to go to Kim, Mark, Gerry and the 3 nurses going all the way onto Adams and Madison.
