Trail Maintenance Notes: One blowdown before the junction with Flume Slide Trail has a cut-out in the tree and you can get through while staying on the trail. Another blowdown below the Liberty Springs tent site is leaning across the trail and it a little tricky getting through, but still manageable.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found: In the snowbank in front of the (closed) outhouse, there's a pair of Black Diamond trekking poles, and a single red BD glove. We left them there, in case someone was in the area coming back and looking for them. The items were there in the morning and on our return.

Comments
Comments: Trail was in pretty great condition today. We opted for snowshoes out and back, just for the use of the televators. Most people seemed to be using spikes or trail crampons. Only a few post holes off the sides of the trail here and there. On the descent, there were a few small sections where we could see a little ice under the snow, but nothing major.
