Trails are all well consolidated. Most wore spikes today, a few in snowshoes. Both worked well. Crampons would work best climbing up Hancock if you have them. Some skied most of the way to the loop trail. Hiking the loop clockwise is recommended. The luge run down from South Hancock is well established with banking and a very smooth slick track. Hiking up that route isn't recommended. |
