Comments
Comments: Trail in prime condition today, and in a state that no matter WHAT you do to it, it will hold up fine. So, this is the time when you can wear your spikes, your crampons, your snowshoes, or take your sled or your booty down the hill and no harm will come (to the trail anyway. I did take a little butt slide today because of the bulletproof conditions, and thought it very fun, and slightly deadly, hahah) The Summit is remarkable right now, the trees are all covered with sideways snow and ice, and the drifts that happened in the wind this past week make for a rolling course, where there normally is flat terrain. Very fun times today.
