Comments
Comments: At 8AM the Bangor Rd lot (end of rd) was full so we parked in the overflow lot 100yds up the road (plowed). Trail was totally consolidated and any type of light traction to traction would work perfectly. No snowshoes needed, though there was one using them and many carrying them. Until it gets soft from warmer weather this is a hard packed highway. There has been a lot of sliding (looked like there will be more after today with many carrying sleds). Some of the steeps are getting to be actual ice and not hardpacked snow.
