Comments
Comments: Very pleasant hike! Packed fairly well now after at least 4 hikers today wore snowshoes out and back. Not too technical or steep until the last stretch up North Tripyramid. We did an out and back to avoid the South Slides. Be sure to wear your snowshoes for the first few miles in and out on the groomed ski trails.

We ended up keeping the snowshoes on for the entire hike and they were ideal for the conditions. Trail became more traveled at the intersection with Pine Bend and across to Middle Tripyramid, but would still recommend snowshoes. On our way down, a rescue was underway at the intersection with the trail up to South Slides. Be careful and consider an out and back to avoid the slides.
