Comments: Class VI road and Snomo trail, Monadnock-Sunapee Greenway

I followed Halfmoon Pond Rd on packed snomo track to the point where the M-S-G crosses toward Frog Pond. From here I stayed on the Greenway to the summit. The high point is easily identified and only about 20 yards from the trail. Several large blowdowns and I never did find any evidence of a jar. It could be under the snow. Returned in my tracks.
I followed someone's track for about .25 miles on the greenway but they turned around and it was necessary to switch to snowshoes. Surface was still very supportive all the way to the summit.
