Reached Hancock lot at 8:00 and already full. Cars began squeezing in as well as along side of the road, but I opted to head back down to the overflow lot .5 miles down the Kanc. |

| Comments: |
Trail in great shape. I saw way more boots and spikes and snowshoes, but trail is holding up fine. I wore snowshoes after bare-booting the first two miles, and kept the shoes on for the remainder. Despite the warm temps, snow remained soft yet supportive. Zero winds up top and very little drifting made for a quick ramble over to South Hancock. A continuous butt-slide down off of South was one of the best of the season. |
