Comments
Comments: A FINE snowglobe day in the forest! Despite the constant snow, it did not amount much of anything during the time on trail. On the way out of the Ski area, it did switch over to sleet, but remained frozen through the hike. An inch at most by the time we got off trail. Rock solid base. Spiked car to car, no real need for shoes (we did take them!)aside from televators. With this being short and sweet I opted for the calf workout. I finally got the 0.2 hanging chad of the Mt. Tecumseh Trail, as we opted to go right just because. We had some wild and ridiculous buttsled runs on the way out. One run was over 2:30 long! If you heard a loud boom, it was me breaking Mach1. (Not really, top speed was 14 and change mph) Summit to car and beer time in less than 40 minutes. Is it sacreligious to crack a Cannon Ale at Waterville? ah ah ah. February grid is looking pretty good to finish next year!
