Started before day break to beat weather. Spikes til Carter Moriah trail then snowshoes for rest of trip. Windy sections of trail were covered by varying drift amounts. Going up to Done and back down, there were many areas you couldn’t tell I had been, even less than 15 minutes after I had been through. Snowed for more than half the hike but no accumulation had started by 10 when i finished. |
