A quick loop around the beaver pond. Only saw one of the resident critters today; not sure where the other one was. This trail is mostly packed snow and ice. Some may want spikes, but the loop is generally flat and easy to bareboot. We've been losing snow here quickly this week, so off-trail snowpack is only a few inches. |
