Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: We arrived at 7:30 and were the only car in the parking lot. Could be difficult to navigate in and out of the parking lot without an SUV. I parked in a way that I would have easy exit upon our departure and I’m very glad that I did. When we got back to the parking lot it was a Tetris board of cars.

Comments
Comments: We did this loop counter clockwise. We hit the steep sections on the ascent and were happy for that choice. I wore snowshoes the entire time and my hiking partner wore microspikes. We both agreed that snow shoes were the better choice for the day.
When we arrived we were the first car at the parking lot but by 1 o’clock when we return to the car the lot was full and saw cars blocked in. My advice is to get there early and park in a way that you can’t be blocked in and have easy and easy out.
