Comments
Comments: PRE STORM- avoid XC trail if you don't have snowshoes. I parked there and walked up the road to greely trailhead. I went with just crampons to travel light and fast. Trail was a highway and the steep sections are a total half pipe. There are footholds building along the edges that are helpful. The climb is tough but so much fun. Coming down even better. I slid on my ass all the way to greeley pond. Top 3 of the season. Anyways if the forecast is right this info should be irrelevant in a few hours!
