 | Comments: |
Trail is in prime snowshoe condition right now. A-Z is solid, Mt. Tom spur is solid, Willey Range is a little soft as you get closer to Field, Avalon is solid (and not yet an icy luge run, which is a bonus).
Almost no ice anywhere to be found. Would still recommend snowshoes, but obviously plenty of people did just fine in spikes. Maybe the absolute best budd-sledding conditions on Avalon right now. Perfect winter hike! |
