Hancock Overlook lot is plowed and PACKED. Remember that it has only one exit/entrance. To get out, you must turn around, and so must that other car driving toward you with no room to go around. Some cars parked on the side of the highway, undisturbed. |

| Comments: |
The entire trail was packed down. The steeps up North Hancock are packed down, such as they may be at that angle. Stand still too long and you will start to slide. I do not recommend descent via North Hancock. I saw some people preparing to butt-slide down that slope, but South was enough for me. I must have slid a third of a mile out of the half-mile bloc. |
