Comments
Comments: All trails were well-packed and covered with a few inches of fresh powder up high. We and most other hikers today were wearing snowshoes and the trails are in great shape as a result. Tons of snow in the woods. Spikes would have worked without damaging the track but we preferred snowshoes for their efficiency on the steeps and, of course, their televators.
Fun day with Chris, Sarah and Michael. There were limited distant views but the snow-laden forests were just lovely.
