Uknown Pond, Kilkenny Ridge, Bunnel Notch, Mill Brook
We originally parked at Mill Brook, but the trail was completely unbroken and we were sinking deeply despite snowshoes.
Bunnel Notch to Cabot is well packed. Cabot to Unknown Pond has been lightly traversed, but veers off the true path between Cabot and the Bulge. We broke out the side-trail to the Horn. Unknown Pond to Rodgers Ledge was completely unbroken. After wallowing through deep snow, we gave up at Kilback pond. |
