Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All easily rock-hoppable.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trails are in superb condition. Great step work by Jeremy.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Great hike for dogs. Water's a little iffy after second crossing of Tecumseh Brook at 2,500 feet. As this is a popular trail for dogs, know that your dog(s) will need plenty of time for marking.
Bugs
Bugs: None on the hiking trails. Could it be that the season's finally on the wane? A few black flies and gnats on the ski trails coming down.

Comments
Comments: With a poor weather forecast and limited time today, Tecumseh seemed like a good choice. Besides, I've wanted to see Rocketman's trail handiwork first-hand for a while. Nice job! The trail's in excellent condition. Was disappointed, though, that the La-Z-Boy recliners still have not been installed at the summit. After taking the Sosman Trail to the top of the ski area for the great view, we walked down ski trails to the bottom -- nice way to get down fast. Saw just four people on this humid, drippy today. #30 for Polly (Tuckerman's holding at #33 while Polly catches up). Photos at link below.
