Comments
Comments: A lot of hikers heading to Owl's Head today. A mix of snowshoes and bareboot heading in on the Lincoln Woods Trail, but everyone had switched to snowshoes by the Black Pond Trail junction. From here to summit, trails are well packed with a nice trough, but would still recommend snowshoes. There was still unconsolidated snow on the Lincoln Woods Trail on the return trip, I kept my snowshoes on till the parking lot. Nice to see familiar faces and meet new friends.
