Great first hike with Magdalen College students. Some tried snowshoes and spikes, most barebooted. The trail was well broken out with evidence of lots of traffic since the last snow. We had to wait at the cliffs for quite a while till our turn for a view. Never seen so many people there before. Lunch on Lake Solitude with snow angels and tosses in the snow. Quick trip down for everyone. Elise, John, Rachel, Dominic, Anna, Michael, Adriana, Luke, Brigid, Garrett, and Genevieve. "Into the deep!" |
