Comments
Comments: The access road was plowed for logging up to the fork at 0.6 mi., where there is a huge new log landing. Beyond there it was not plowed, but had been driven, and was walked by boot and snowshoe traffic but not consolidated. Snowshoes could have worked for this short 0.4 mi. stretch I guess, but snow depths are still minimal as we didn't get much out of the recent storm.

Nice views from the tower today with the leaves down, and the skies began to clear during the walk up. If the state keep on logging up here, they may end up opening some additional viewpoints.
