Comments
Comments: 1 hiker ahead of us who took the Avalon at the A-Z junction. We broke trail on A-Z, Tom Spur, and Willey Range. A-Z and Tom had fresh snow but had a solid base underneath. We had not such luck on Willey Range and that 1 mile was a slog. No views today but snow on every branch even the thinnest. A magical day to be in the woods!
