Comments
Comments: Beautiful day for a small group hike to Owl's Head.Lincoln Woods Trail has seen some snowshoe activity as well as cross country ski tracks. Black Pond Trail thru to the summit was not broken out but with only 6+- inches (up to 12"in spots of BW)of new powder breaking trail was not difficult especially with the three of us. We started the BP Bushwhack correctly but got of course at a few points following a faint previous path. We ended up in same spot with some extra meandering. The Brutus Bushwhack was no problem and if anything this portion received slightly less snow. Owl's Head Path had some drifting.
