Comments
Comments: Beautiful sunrise hike of Mt Carrigain. SRR was well packed from snowmobile traffic as was the first couple of miles of Signal Ridge Trail. I was able to bareboot until 1980 ft just after last small crossing. Snowshoes went on at this point and duration of hike back to vehicle. Upper levels of trail had some drifting, some minor postholes and soft loose powder. I highly recommend wearing snowshoes for this hike as a nice track has been established and would be great to further pack it down. I met only one hiker today and one cross country skier as well as a couple others in the lot.
