Overall a great day! Socked in in the clouds, but still beautiful at the lake. Trail was firmly packed. We started out in snowshoes but then realized microspikes would work better. Both were fine but I'd reccomend microspikes. We made it to Lonesome Lake and went about a mile up the Fishin Jimmy trail before deciding we wanted to get home a bit earlier instead of summiting a peak with no view. |
