| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Parked at Seven Dwarfs. Lot was not plowed when we got there, but plowed by the time we got back. Left $10 per car for parking. Motel owner greeted us upon finish and thanked us for that. I have no idea if it’s “required†to pay the $10, but it’s what I’ve always done, and it’s a small token of appreciation for the accommodation. |

| Comments: |
Fire Wardens Trail got 8 sets of snowshoe tracks to break it out and pack it down today. But also, one lone barebooter. Because Murphy (of Murphy’s Law fame) is an asshole, of course the barebooter was the last person to summit today, so the track we all worked to lay out will be roto-tilled to Hell.
Hale got a ton of snow from the last storm. Poles were easily sinking 2+ feet deep into the powder. Snowshoes are an absolute must right now, as the snow is very soft and still unconsolidated.
We saw tracks continuing on NTT (past the turn off for FWT), but they looked to be at least a day old, if not longer. Little River is still flowing good. |
