There were 2 duck unders on Garfield Trail just after you enter the switchbacks. |

None. Guess they don't like the cold and rain. Wimps! |

The morning remained rain free until just before noon. With all the rain the trail was plenty wet. No views of course as all the peaks were in the clouds. I made it to Galehead hut just as the rain was starting. The hike up South Twin was slippery. The rain let up for a bit while I headed over to North Twin and back down South Twin to the Hut for the night.
Trails were all in good shape. |
