Comments
Comments: A wonderful day on the ridge! Headed up in the pre-dawn hours in hopes for a great sunrise. Cloud cover shuttered that hope but I was greeted with unbelievable undercast. Trail conditions are great for spikes. Some icy sections but mostly packed powder. Snowshoes went on from Little Haystack to Liberty Springs trail is still soft and could use more work with Snowshoes. From the junction to Flume is well packed and fine for spikes as well as down Liberty springs trail which is rocky as well in lower portions past the tentsite.
