Comments
Comments: Good packed snow to Carter Dome Trail junction with exposed rock mud/water here and there, then it became a little more choppy up to Wildcat Ridge Trail with a few more exposed rocks and water in the trail making for some slippery sections, my studded trail runners worked perfectly, light traction would have been good too. Still need one more good storm and no warmup to bury the rocks for smooth winter conditions. Wildcat Ridge Trail is broken but not firm and a little choppy, snowshoes are the way to go.

Quiet morning in the notch with the furball, not a soul around and some snow flurries.
