||6" of new snow at elevation with higher drifts near the summits. Starting to feel more like winter.|
Micros were fine on 19MB Tr. and Imp Tr., but snowshoes were definitely the way to go further up.
Very disappointing to break trail with a group of 5 snowshoers, to begin to lay in a decent track in the new snow, and to then watch the trail get completely shredded by a couple of people without snowshoes.
