Comments
Comments: Trails were almost completely dry, but on Lion Head Trail below treeline, the trail was wet/slippery/muddy in all of the usual places. In the Alpine Garden, all around the summit cone, and on Ball Crag and Nelson Crag, early flowers (Diapensia, Lapland Rosebay, Alpine Azalea) have pretty much gone by. However, there are plenty of Alpine Bluets, Bog Laurel, Bunchberry, Mountain Avens, and Labrador Tea.
