Similar conditions as mentioned on 12/29. Some very icy sections up Fishin' Jimmy. I had sharp micro spikes and my friend had duller ones and it was definitely noticeable. There were some tricky sections. Not a ton of snow cover but enough to make sections of the trail a smooth ramp up toward the top. We loved views from North and South- not sure why North is sometimes cited as not having views. They peek through! It was a clear, cold, gorgeous day. |
