Surface Conditions: Ice - Black, Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Ice - Breakable Crust, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Snow/Ice - Small Patches

Recommended Equipment: Light Traction, Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: One significant coming down Dicey's Mill, balance on tree or go 50 feet upstream and hope some rocks

Trail Maintenance Notes: Generally very good shape

Dog-Related Notes: dogs on Passaconway, didn't see any on Whiteface due to ledges on Blueberry

Comments: My trailmates and I thought trails were fine and Blueberry Ledge with a little TLC is fine.
Barebooted up Blueberry for about a third up then Hillsound Trail Crampons (or equivalent) on most of time until near bottom of Dicey's Mill.
