| Comments: |
If you can pluck your way through the first mile, navigate the first water crossing and the ice laden rock steps, this entire trail system is in amazing shape. It appeared that I was the first one through the Field-Willey Col and there were many drifts of 1-3 feet around the blowdowns. Snowshoes would have helped in these areas, but anywhere else along this 10.3 mile trek, they would not. Monorail along the Willey is 90% perfect and A-Z down to the last mile is in great shape. |
